Very disappointed! I had reached out with my case and info and it sounded like Ms Buchanan was going to take it on. After 2 to 3 weeks not hearing much I was told I don't time to work on your case. I lost this 2 to 3 weeks on my case and it has made it hard for me to get my case submitted in a timely manner. Update: I had no problem with the 3 hours and would have be willing to come up should I need to. The point I am making is I was sending communication regularly for a while and then to spring it on me 2 to 3 weeks later you wouldn't take it on. I guess I just wish I had been told much sooner that you weren't willing to take it on.
