Super efficient, responsive to all my questions regarding my small business merger. I highly recommend their services!

Purchased a contract review service on 3/5/2024 via their website. The website states a turn around of 4-8 business days for the service to be completed. I ended up calling them 3 times asking about the status of the contract review, once we were outside of 8 business days, and was told each time that the service would be done by the following day. Today is the 11th business day and nothing had been done with the service I paid for two weeks ago, so I called demanding a refund otherwise I would do a charge back with my CC company. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company as they don't seem to care about doing their job in a timely manner. I had been considering hiring them for multiple TM applications and forming an LLC, but have decided to find better representation for my legal needs.

This company is very good with customer service and answering any questions or concerns you may have. Please consider them in whatever situation you may be in.

They know their business and helped me setup a new company in a manner of a day. Their rates seemed quite reasonable and they were responsive!
