Betsy is an amazing attorney and a wonderful person! She helped me with a probate case a couple of years ago when my dad passed. She took my case when no one else wanted to a did the best job ever representing me! She was the first person I thought of when I needed to file for divorce this year. Once again she did an outstanding job representing me.

Bob was open and honest throughout my entire divorce process. He advised me to seek mediation and although it was a difficult divorce, it turned out to be the right path. I told Bob what my bottom line was and he was able to protect and preserve that target and then some. He under promises and over performs, never painting an unrealistic picture for me. He also kept me up to date on a timely basis. He is a compassionate and caring individual and I’m so glad that I had him handle my divorce.

From our first interaction with Bob & Krista, we were treated with the utmost respect and heartfelt interest in our case. Every time we spoke with Bob, he was sincere, professional, and honest. He took the time to listen to us and answer our questions, and made sure we were all on the same page before making any decisions to move forward in our case. Both Bob & Krista are very responsive, and always made sure to get back to us in a timely manner. Both in mediation and in the court room, Bob was hands down the best. Initially Bob helped us file for a jurisdiction change from Ohio to New Mexico, and then helped us fight for our son after my husband's ex-wife decided to try to take custody away from my husband. Bob helped guide us in making decisions that were right for our family. We walked away from over a year long court battle with custody of our son, leaving my husband's ex-wife with visitation. To put it simply, we are very happy we chose Bob & Krista as our team. They are great folks and we are very thankful for all they have done for our family!

Working with Bob Matteucci of Matteucci Family Law was probably the best experience we could have had, given the situation with which we were dealing. Bob treated us with respect and most definitely took our case and situation to heart...and then fought for us and our son. Ultimately my wife and I walked away maintaining custody of our son, keeping my ex-wife with visitation in the summers. It was not a short process but that had nothing to do with the performance of our attorney but everything to do with the quibbling from my ex and the back-logged court system in New Mexico. It is rare that a father wins majority custody and maintains it, but Bob was able to do so. My wife and I highly recommend Bob Matteucci and his firm for any family law matters.
