She explains things to make sure we understand all the documentation that is needed, she is so kind throughout the entire process, and she is always available to answer questions or help in any way she can. She has made this process enjoyable and it has been a pleasure getting to work with her.

Excellent Listener. Kaitlynn was an absolute joy to work with, and we are happy to say we found the home we were looking for with her help. While most of us are pretty aware of what we want and are looking for, Kaitlynn has a unique ability to pick up on even subtle likes and dislikes that make a difference when finally settling on the right home. He was quick to get the paperwork started, kept us informed in real-time of the progress, and communicated clearly when there were documents to sign and what they were for. Manuel kept the process moving forward when it started to slow down and was readily available when we had questions. He looked out for our interests and always kept us in the foreground. We highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling, he will treat you right!

Great experience with Emmary! Emmary was a great resource and very responsive when we recently bought a new home in Las Cruces. We moved from out of state and she always responded to our calls and/or texts right away. She was wonderful!

I really stuck my neck out for this firm securing them. It was until Mr Parker was Messaging me late after hours on weekends and not responding to my calls until it was convenient for him, which I get it I'm just a client, back of the list, back the line is how I always felt. After I requested that he stopped all work on my case after a very concerning motion he made, throwing me under the bus. He came up with a very bogus motion and it was ultimately because he was out of town and not available. He continued to charge funds in my trust and then billing my insurance as well.He really sounded like he was the right team for the case, then for some reason his tone changed halfway in the litigation. Night and day. I was forced to find another attorney when he did not respond to my concerns. Put me in a very displaced situation. Then when I expressed my concerns he called them meritless and defamatory claims.

Takes every listing and does a thorough job of communicating daily explaining every step of the way to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. Third time is a charm. Dan was excellent to work with; he continually worked to make the process flow. We were unable to agree with seller on two offers but the third was a charm. (Glad we kept looking)
