Makes difficult things easy! Jimmy was the best resource I could possibly have asked for. Long-haul moves are not for the faint of heart, but Jimmy made it so much easier. He was friendly and responsive from our very first call, and I was comfortable with him immediately. I came into town for a weekend to see as many homes as possible, and Jimmy made himself 100% available to me while I was here in person. He listened to every single opinion I had about every single house (and he managed to squeeze in a LOT of showings). And so when I fell in love with a house I didn’t get to see in person, I felt extremely confident buying it sight unseen, because I was certain Jimmy knew what I was looking for. Once our offer was accepted, Jimmy stayed in constant contact with me and was exceptionally helpful through inspections and re-inspections. I never felt out of the loop even though I was halfway across the country while it was all happening. I’m indescribably grateful for his work.

Helpful, thorough and effective . Scott was dedicated to helping me find the best home to meet my needs in a short space of time. In addition to orienting me to the areas I was interested in, he was attentive to details and deadlines and to the specific needs and wants that I had. From helping line up inspections and meeting with contractors for estimates, to negotiating terms on the contract, he was present and responsive throughout, which was essential since I had to complete the process remotely at a stressful time. In addition, his team at Realty One gave great support services and wraparound care. Scott went above and beyond with extra steps to help me navigate the search and get the deal I needed. Excellent Experience with Danielle. This is my first experience at selling property so I don't have anything to compare this sale with. But Danielle was professional and knowledgeable. The thing that I most appreciated about Danielle was that she kept in touch with me every step of the way. There were some problems, not on Danielle's part, and she always kept me informed.

Best of the Best! If I could tell you all the ways I was a difficult and neurotic buyer and how patient and compassionate Clarice was through the whole process I would, but that would bore you. You really cannot find a better agent. I have met many realtors and most are terribly untrustworthy. Clarice is not only very caring but also a straight shooter who simply will not lie to you or pressure you. I don’t know what else to say.
