My lawyer was Monica. Monica and her assistant Jessica were so helpful with the whole process. They helped me adjust status in a few about 4 months. They answered my questions in a timely matter. We hired legal support from Las Cruces office for support as Diversity Lottery Winner. We ran into a time issue with reaching the end of the fiscal year. Managing partner Olsi Vrapi took over and suggested to file a law suit (writ of mandamus) and managed to get our green card application approved just in time. Without his extraordinary expertise we are almost certain our case would never have been approved.

We are so happy and together as a family again ! Amber Weeks was able to stop my husband deportation ad got him back home. My husband had 2 deportations but was eligible for U visa, she work very hard to get him out of detention and he was able to stay in the US. Currently we are still in process to get the U visa.
