Bob and his paralegal Krista did everything to make me comfortable and secure in my custody battle. Bob was gentle when needed, but firm when appropriate. He has a great and comfortable sense of humor and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing in front of a judge. I highly recommend Rick Grodner without hesitation. I was the Personal Representative of my late father's estate. After my father's passing in Albq, there were a number of complications that I encountered (the original Will was missing, I was living/working full time in Tennessee, Covid made travel to/from Albq unwise, some of the detailed requirements associated with clearing probate court were difficult for me to execute, etc.). Literally within an hour of hiring him, Rick started the work needed to get through the process. He always kept me apprised our progress and reminded me of deadlines that we had to meet and forms that I needed to submit. Conversations via telephone and email over the following weeks were short, clear, and reassuring. He always responded to my queries very quickly, even after normal workday hours Altogether, he was highly professional, prompt, efficient, and polite.

Betsy has been wonderful to work with during an emotional and difficult time. I consulted with 3 lawyers prior to going with Betsy, and she gave me the most straightforward, least confrontational approaches to resolving my problems for the lowest fee quoted.
