This firm was the kindest lawyers I have ever met. Being lost in a workman's compensation situation is terrifying if you've never had to deal with it before. Justin found that my settlement was undervalued by at least half when I went to him on initial consultation and stated that he would cancel my settlement agreement, rework a new claim to get my claim to its proper value, submit it and when it came time to go in front of the court he assured me that he would have a new, better negotiated value...and that is what happened...very satisfactory for me as all that he said would happen actually did...Thanks!...his billing was fair as well, plus his staff went the extra mile to help me understand and navigate the language...Thank you. Pizzonia never completed my worker's comp. claim. He would agree with me and turn around in court and say nasty remarks to me. He was only looking out for his best interests not his clients. He was only looking for a fast buck. My claim was more complicated and was too complicated for this guy. I would never recommend this attorney! Terrible!
