We hired legal support from Las Cruces office for support as Diversity Lottery Winner. We ran into a time issue with reaching the end of the fiscal year. Managing partner Olsi Vrapi took over and suggested to file a law suit (writ of mandamus) and managed to get our green card application approved just in time. About six years ago my immigration case was dropped by a lawyer whom I will not name in Albuquerque. We didn't know who to go to and a family member recommended we go see Noble and Vrapi. We had dealt with immigration lawyers before so we had a lot of trepidation. Needless to say it was the best move we had ever made. He took my case and he punched the legal system in the face (in a good way). I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to solve legal questions or problems.

I went to more then 10 different immigration lawyers It got to see how intellectual they were. Each one closed the door on me with no hope on my case. Olsi Vrapi and his staff did not send my application complete and did not want to returned my money, even if they admitted making mistakes with my case. I paid $5,000 and not a dime returned. I have to go with another lawyer because my case was jeopardize by this firm. I will highly suggest you not to use them for your know good.
