Using the State Bar of New Mexico Referral Program, Claire Addison was referred to handle a case with my less than cooperative landlord. I have to say I could not be more grateful Claire was the lawyer to represent me in court. Claire handled everything in a professional and thoughtful manner. She was very communicative; being responsive and timely with every email, text, and phone call. She asked for evidence and a detailed description of what had happened, then was able to provide recommendations much sooner than I had anticipated. Making the court process simple and handling all communication with the other party it made life much less stressful for myself as well as my girlfriend. Please do not hesitate using Claire Addison to provide legal council and representation she was the ideal lawyer!

I highly recommend Rick Grodner. Our sister passed away in California without a will. She had a house in Albuquerque, a car in Los Angeles, and a substantial, final settlement payout coming due from a car accident. Rick was efficient and helpful in all aspects of handling the estate and assuring that the assets transferred to the legal heir. I live in Oregon so he set up a hearing to appointment me as her Personal Representative in New Mexico through a phone call with the Judge and handled all of requirements in advance. Rick is extremely professional and knowledgeable about estate law. His advice was always spot on and he really cared that we got things resolved correctly. I really appreciated the reminder emails he sent to assure I completed my tasks in a timely manner.

We needed an attorney to change the Personal Rep in a particularly tricky estate situation. We hired Rick Grodner and he was successful in attaining that goal as well as helping us to navigate the steps needed in closing the estate. He was extremely knowledgeable in the steps that needed to be taken, handled all the heirs courteously, but firmly and was very prompt in all his communications with us. During a difficult and arduous time in my life I sought legal representation when other attorneys would not hear or take my case.
