They don't call back what do you expect from a lawyer

They do amazing job .! I love how they didn’t settle for less they got more in my pocket .! They really kept me updated with my case..! I wanna thank them so much for Representing me and getting the help I need

EDIT: This law firm received my settlement approximately 60 days ago. Since, I’ve received a million dollars worth of excuses but haven’t seen a single dollar from the check they’ve been sitting on. They were awesome up to the point of receiving money from my settlement and since it’s been one excuse after the other. Our accountant quit, we’re trying to figure out what’s going on with your case. You’re ok with a 75% reduction in your settlement, right? We mailed your partial payment last week… Maybe someday I’ll see something from my settlement, but that day is apparently not today (on which they promised me I would receive a partial payment)… Sabrina has been a ghost since they got paid, and Carlos has been nothing but excuses. If they actually make this right, I will happily update this review. At the moment though, it’s looking like I will have to file a report with the Bar Association and find another law firm to represent me (to get what is owed to me from this firm)… PLEASE do your due diligence. Their jingle is punchy, but so far their ability to deliver has been sub-par (to say the least)…. Also, I originally posted this review prior to my case being settled at the request of Sabrina, who said positive reviews really help her out. Interesting how once they know they got a good review out of me, they weren’t too concerned with me anymore…

So glad I called this law firm !!!! So, excited to have Sabrina on my case. She has not only worked diligently on my case but has also checked on my family. She is caring and professional. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. If you are lucky enough to get her on your side ….congratulations!!!

I would really like to say that since Sabrina took over our case she has been nothing but extraordinary help regardless of what questions I had can honestly say I got more help from here then Lorenzo she has been so sincere and so professional about everything She has helped me and my wife completely understand things that we didn’t even know about she is nothing but great help in any area I couldn’t be anymore thankful!!! Also makes me just want to delete my previous review on Lorenzo he was just not at all helpful or sincere

I give 5 stars to Sabrina Autry for her hard work, caring and concern for my case, and if I could give 10 stars I would! Every time Sabrina says she will contact me she does. When I call or text her she gets back to me and has answers. Recently I have been going through a lot with this accident and my recovery from my surgery and an upcoming surgery from this accident where My family and I were 100% the victims. Sabrina has showed nothing but hard work and compassion towards our medical issues and our case beyond any I’ve seen for not even knowing me. She makes it seem like our case is the only one that matters and I’m sure she makes every client feel the same way. Lerner and Rowe are very fortunate to have someone like Sabrina on their team. Carlos is my lawyer and I’ve talked to him in person one time but that one time he made an impact as well but I deal with Sabrina on a weekly to biweekly basis so I am more familiar with her. If you could clone Sabrina and have her work with all of your clients that would be great for all of us. But the few that get the pleasure of working with her walk away with a sense of positivity and even a smile and that means a lot. Thank you Sabrina for everything you do!

I was beginning to believe customer service was no longer in existence until I met with Ron and Lorenzo they were so helpful and after the car accident I was still pretty shook up and they were so patient and understanding I really appreciate them

Was in a really bad wreck never even bothered persuing but the guy that told me we had to leave was so nice if he was or is a lawyer I'd totally go there
