I had a car accident in October of 2019 & contacted Lerner & Rowe to assist me with my case. Sabrina is the one handling my case for me and she's made everything so simple for me she's a sweetheart and addresses all my questions and concerns extremely well and very timely.

I fell and broke my leg in 3 places. I was in a panic about my future knowing I'm going to be laid up for weeks. Ron Jaramillo was compassionate and understand while professional and efficient. He was able to help all the way! Thank you Ron!

I have only great things to say about Sabrina Autry and the help that she's given me since my accident back in September. I'm new to the state and have very little understanding of how things work here in this state versus my previous home state. As a new transplant I'm without insurance and without a lot of the support that one would need after an accident, especially given that we have no family here. With Sabrina handling my case and being in constant contact we felt a lot more comfortable about taking next steps about being able to get treatment that we can afford about knowing exactly where we are in the case. She has been incredibly consistent with her follow up, emailing and calling when she says that she will, and that's important. She's so professional and so empathetic, I sometimes forget that she has other cases she really makes me feel as though I am priority number one every time we speak. I can imagine that compassion fatigue is prevalent in a position like hers but she does not display that at all. Her levels of compassion are always fresh and incredibly sincere , and we appreciate that. In addition attorney Carlos has also been wonderful, informative, understanding, and patient. We feel confident with the two of them on our team.

So I have never had to deal with a law firm so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Sabrina, a case manager here at Learner and Rowe helped me to feel unburdened with my case which allowed me to just focus on my health. She’s very knowledgeable she answered every question I had for her, got me immediate health care, helped me to get documents notarized and went above and beyond and overnighted special documents for me. None of that was her job, she just wanted me to feel at ease. I’ve heard of people’s experience with law firms being a nightmare, mine was a pleasant experience. Thank you Sabrina, you really are a gem! I recommend this law firm 5 out of 5 Stars.

I would like to give kudos to Sabrina at Lerner and Rowe. Right from the start of my whole ordeal she has been very professional, attentive, and has never made me doubt my decision to work with this company. She is super nice and really cares about her clients. She is always friendly and upbeat and on days when it was just too much and I was in tears, she lifted me up and made me feel better. She even gave me her personal cell phone and sent me something inspirational to get me through my days. This company is lucky to have someone like her. Keep up the fantastic work Sabrina. This is my second time using Lerner and Rowe . Also Sabrina is been helpful both times . My case this time is not yet closed but Sabrina is always checking on me and seeing how treatment is going and if there is anything she can do for me. She is extremely attentive and helpful. I appreciate her so much, she does an amazing job and always makes sure I’m ok.
