We contacted Lerner and Rowe after my wife was hit by a car in a hotel parking lot while I was having surgery. She had checked out and was within a few feet of opening her car door when she was hit by the non-attentive driver. She was knocked down by the car from behind. Her foot was disabled and she needed significant care and quite a few doctor visits to a city 100 miles away. Other expenses continued to accrue. We had some but not much contact with Lerner and Rowe for almost a year. We ended up with a different attorney and then things started to happen and in less than a month from then we had a check. The compensation ended up being more than expected based on information from the previous attorney. We commend Lerner and Roe for their efforts and would recommend the company.
