I would like to share my experience with Samantha Day represented my family with our late parents will 2023 and 2024. She was very understanding, helpful explaining the procedures. I live in Colorado. My brother in person and myself on the phone Samantha had no problem doing this for us. Timing for the meetings she was open to when we could do them. She was in touch with us consistently. We never had to wonder what was going on. If we had a question she responded immediately. My brother and myself were so pleased with her work ,we both have had her do our own trusts. She is licensed in Colorado. My health and grief had kept me from going to Albuquerque. Samantha did my trust over the phone and email. Again she did this with her caring and knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone needing wills or trusts. Samantha Finlayson Day and her team (April Mellinger and Haley O’Hara) did a great job listening your our estate planning concerns and creating a personalized plan that worked for us. Samantha, April and Haley walked us through every step, took time to meet with us several times, was patient with our questions and explained everything in ways that were easy to understand. They took our concerns seriously, were highly professional, and timely with all of their communications. We are really pleased with the high level of service we received and could not be happier with the results. We cannot recommend Samantha and her team enough!

My family and I are so grateful for the help of Janine Caller and Jessica Manzanares. They have been extremely caring and responsive from the very start, understanding the seriousness of our situation.

Very disappointed. Multiple mistakes on the paperwork throughout the experience. Then they charged me to re-file with the court when I had corrected the documents before they were submitted in the first place. When we finally went to court, even the judge was surprised the lawyer hadn’t brought the order to be signed. Then they charged me more to file it later when they should have had it with when they came. My experience was terrible. I wouldn’t use them again.

As we age, making sure that all of one’s affairs are in order, notarized and signed by not only you, but a legal representative and a witness can be an overwhelming task, and one that may put off until it is too late. When my wife and I decided to finally complete this task and began researching Law Firms to assist in this process we finally narrowed it down to the The New Mexico Legal Group located in Albuquerque, NM. The New New Mexico Legal Group has a tremendous Staff of Receptionists, Paralegals, and Attorneys to help insure that your Estate Planning is exactly worded the way that you want your wishes to be followed when you can not say those words yourself. Samantha Day, Esquire, was the Attorney that my Wife and I connected with. We told her exactly what our wishes were and some even needed to be adjusted in a better manner and Samantha was very patient and understanding of our desires and wishes. We left feeling that we had been not only heard but understood. Within Two Weeks we had a complete Estate Plan that had the wording that was clear, understandable, and left no room to contest any scenario. There also is a page that allows us to make any changes as/if they occur. This Law Firm, and in particular, Attorney Samantha Day, really has the human part of what is needed when working as an attorney with a client regardless of the issue. Thank you New Mexico Legal Group for making something like Estate Planning feel as important as a High Profile Case. P.S. The fees are very reasonable for a Law Firm that treats you like you are their most important client.
