I hired whitner law firm for a personal injury case just two days after the incident happened back in October of 2020. I spoke with several other lawyers who were willing to take my case, but unfortunately, I chose whitner law firm. They were good at first, returning my calls, answering questions, they assured me that i had a good case. I trusted them. One year and 1/2 later, they stopped returning my calls. Nearly two years to the day I hired them, they dropped me. Did not call me in to tell me personaly nor did I recieve a phone call. They sent me a letter saying they can no longer represent me. I still do not know the reason. I was injured badly. I suffered a severe concussion, tramatic brain injury, fractured cheekbone, several teeth knocked out. Stab wound. Now because two years have passed, other firms won't take me on as a client because two years passed. I lost so much because I trusted them. As I said, not even a phone call explaining why I was dropped. After the fact, I wrote a strong worded letter to the management only to be ignored. If my words can can save just one person the grief and heartache that I endured, I'll settle for that. Shame on you whitner...
