My experience with Michelle Baca has been nothing but professional! She is very educated in NM LAW and her office staff and professionalism prove that. I recommend her for all your disability questions including children.

Very unprofessional! Waited a week for my appointment, confirmed the day before and then get a call to move my appointment up almost 2 hours. When i live across town and have obligations to take care of, not so awesome. How do you expect me to trust that you will show up any other time? This was the first meeting! Not comfortable with a practice that starts out that way. Then to be thrown on hold when trying to get an explanation, i found dismissive. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I came to the office of Michelle Baca after my out-of-state lawyers decided to drop me two weeks before my hearing. They treated me very courteously and very professionally, and never once did I feel like I was less than a person with them. I wasn't a number or a faceless case, they saw me as a human being. They worked very hard to ensure that my case was as well put together as it could be, and I couldn't be happier with the service received. I would wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone in need of support.

I had a terrible experience with Ms. Baca's office. Her legal assistant, Kathy Sanchez was quite rude and hateful. She was dismissive, waving her hands and not permitting me to complete a sentence. She had the nerve to tell me, "With that attitude, Michelle probably wouldn't take your case anyway." How insulting! Talk about attitude. I went there for professional advice, not her personal opinion of me. I would not recommend anyone to this office. There are plenty of other places where a person can get assistance and be treated professionally. Kathy does not represent her employer well.
