Bob Matteucci is a hard worker and very experienced with the NM court system. His staff was helpful and responded quickly to all my communications.

Twila, Tina, and Desiree advised me, prepared the many iterations of documents, and guided me through a process I knew nothing about. I was kept up-to-date with emails giving me the latest status and advising me on the next actions required. Twila is also very good at wordsmithing when precise nuances were important. Since I'd never been through a process like this before, I had a lot of questions which Twila and Tina were able to answer given their considerable experience. Through the entire process I was treated with courtesy by the entire staff.

I wanted to take the time to discuss my business interactions with Bob Matteucci and his legal aide Krista Kibler. Talking about divorce isn't necessarily easy, but I'd happily share a great experience with something complicated and emotionally draining. Before I started the process I looked into 4 other legal groups before I hired Mr. Matteucci. His process, cost, and personal nature won me over. The process started March 2019 and the divorce was finalized July 2019. He was a mediator between my ex and I. Every part of the process was met by this legal team in a warm and professional manner. Ofcourse there were high emotional moments that was easily navigated by Mr. Matteuttci which I appreciated the most. His systematic, detailed, and personal approach made this process quick and fair. Krista also contributed by communicating constantly throughout the entire process while staying flexible with all the changes in appointments and times.

I worked with Bob Matteucci and his paralegal, Krista Kibler for approximately a year and was very pleased by their professionalism and ability to move the process along. Legal matters can be very difficult to completely understand, but Bob explained everything very well and, more importantly, gave me his honest opinions about my options. Overall, I was happy with their service and would absolutely recommend New Mexico Legal Group to others.

Divorce

I was referred to Amy Bailey and I am very glad I was. Her and her paralegal Tina Arce were awesome! They were attentive and understanding. I also appreciate Amy’s honesty and realistic approach she gave me on what to expect and what was possible in my divorce settlement. They made a difficult process easier and they were worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone needing representation for a divorce process.

I would highly recommend New Mexico Legal, they made the whole process easy. I was assigned Attorney Amy Bailey and her wonder paralegal Tina Arce. These two ladies were so helpful and understanding. It was great having a wonderful team on my side.

Would not recommend to anyone. I live out of state and was infored that the lawyer would show up on my behalf to my court appearances. Well the Lawyer never showed up to my 1st court appearance which I later found out and almost got into deeper trouble for. For my actual hearing the Lawyer showed up only minutes before the hearing and she looked like she just rolled out of bed, while I was early eagerly waiting with tons of questions on my mind, being extremely nervous. The only reason I got off is because the Officer didn't supply his evidence. The lawyer didn't have to do much other than collect my fat $5000. I only used their services in 2017. And now less than2 years later, I requested a copy of my disposition as I was informed they could provide a copy in the future retaining my records for up to 7 years. Well they are saying they store documents in an offsite locations and would charge me a hefty fee in order to provide that to me after already forking over thousands for service equivalent to that of a public defender, which would have only cost me $1000. Very disappointed to say the least.

My divorce attorney, Ms. Larkin and her assistant, Ms. Pena are the consummate professionals. They work great with one another allowing nothing to fall through the cracks. They know their craft well, and are steadfast toward working for the best outcome for their client. They are diligent in the collection of, and the processing of all the facts, building a solid organized file, in which to develop a logical game plan on your behalf. I believe in “you pay for what you get”, if you don’t hire these folks, you will more than likely be unhappy with your outcome.
