I had service from Joe Wiseman for a domestic issue. I found him rude and incompetent. Stay away from him.

Bob Matteucci represented me in my Divorce. He advised me on what has turned out better for me in the long run. We were able to Settle the matter without going to Trial thereby saving me a lot of Money. Unfortunately, after Bob pressured me to leave my Review, it came to my attention that parts of the Agreement were left out of the Final Document resulting devastating outcome. When I attempted to talk with Bob, he refused to help me even though I paid him in full!! Thanks again Bob, you blew it!! Mike

I have, and will recommend New Mexico Legal Group to all. I was blessed by having the paralegal Desiree Pena. My divorce wasn't easy by any means, and nor was I an easy client. I expect excellence, from myself; and those around me. That is what this team is, accurate and precise. The divorce was complicated due to assets and retirement benefits. I know that the expertise and knowledge that was given to me, represented my best interest at all time. And yet, fairness and compromise was also presented for our best outcome. I personally had a lot of questions, and Desiree always responding in timely manner; and was professional. Desiree went far above and beyond, to work with me. She showed great compassion, and yet has nerves of steel.

Sarah Armstrong and Katie Webb are two of the most amazing people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! Sarah is so down to earth and understanding when it comes to divorce, and the struggles and tribulations that follow. Katie is so very helpful and prompt with returning calls and E-Mails. I found wonderful people during a not so wonderful time in my life. I highly recommend them and their firm! (Not to mention being extremely affordable)

Not a good experience. I was given bad legal advice. Was not told all of the options for my son, who has a disability. Was "referred" to mediators and GALs who are "friends" and in the same "circle" just to take more money from me and not in the best interest of my child with special needs. Would not recommend this group for family law!

DON'T TRUST HER. Back in the day. probably 05-06 Cynthia Payne handled by son & my husband's case. She blew the whole thing. Beside the failure to contact either one on days court appearances were mandatory. Cynthia seemed very disorganized & really lacking NM Law. I have recently found myself in a pickle. I'm telling anyone choosing these atty's incl. Crum & Payne do your homework. They are not what they seem to be. I will NEVER choose these attys again .

I hired New Mexico Legal Group two years ago and have been represented by Joseph Wiseman. Prior to working with their firm, I had an attorney representing me, and years of experience in the courtroom. I would like to provide some feedback on how Joe Wiseman handled the hearing we had recently For many years, the opposing party has kept a tone pitching that he has done no wrong and I have been an absent parent. Joe Wiseman was able to take the years of evidence and utilize the facts of the case to demonstrate that the opposing party has in fact played a significant role in why my children have been estranged. As a result, the judge recognized that the opposing party has in fact contributed a significant amount of trouble for this case. This ultimately changed the tone of my case at the end of the hearing which is something that my previous attorney was not able to overcome. We had a favorable outcome and I would like to recognize Joe Wiseman for his efforts!

I would not recommend Bob Mattuci. He was slow to respond, showed up unprepared to court and he and his assistant were very unprofessional. He did nothing to represent us. The firm was quick to take our money but not quick to respond.
