I’m glad that Heidi and I crossed paths in our professional life. I did consult with Heidi via phone, email and face to face to start my naturalization process. She responds quickly and provides excellent advice and experience. We used email, texting, face to face appointments to communicate. That worked for me. Heidi made me and my family to have peace of mind that my immigration process was in good hands. Nowadays you hear of people being scammed by “notaries” and other “lawyers” that take advantage of those seeking for immigration consult and legal help. It’s not the case when you hire Heidi’s legal services. She expected the same from me— to be transparent, honest and to provide as much information to make the process smooth and with no last minute surprises. Heidi’s transparency and ethical work are trustworthy. The legal fees are comparable with what is out there. My process started in September 2018 and in January 2019, I will become a citizen. She helped me to prepare for the interviews by doing a mock interview with me—that was very helpful. She also went with me to the actual interview—a part of her services. It was reassuring to have her there. I highly recommend Heidi.
