Couldn't have done it without his expertise!

I would recommend Michael Doyle to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of dealing with the worker’s compensation administration. He and his staff have answered all my questions and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. He has gone above and beyond in my opinion and always has my best interest at heart. His staff are always willing to answer questions they can, or find the answer ASAP.

Attorney Doyle came thru on what other attorneys wouldn't even try to help, he's an Attorney that don't let himself be bullied by other attorneys he's fighter, if at some point you may think you did a bad choice by choosing him well give him the chance and at the end you'll be really happy and satisfied with his work.

Great experience. Mike and his employees really helped me out. Very clear explanations and since this is a local business, you really get a one-to-one experience where you leave feeling heard, and very cared for. I don’t know why the other reviews are negative towards his paralegal, Tanya. She was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions right away. I was very impressed by Mr Doyle about his services I never not received a letter on time nor a missed appt from Mr Doyle I highly recommend his firm to anyone that deals with workman's comp or injury because of how he was in top of the entire case and situation I was dealing with from corrupt drs that can careless about injuries so in that note Mr Doyle thank you and God bless my friend......☺️☺️

I would like to thank Mr. Michael J. Doyle,Atty, Tana Doyle and the staff of the Doyle Attorney's for the outstanding representation that they gave to my case. It's not too often that you find a group of law professionals as them. I spoke to Mr. Doyle as the Bar Association recommended him to me being I am from Amarillo and wasn't familiar with compensation lawyers in New Mexico. Mr. Doyle listened to me with a lot of patience. My case was somewhat complicated as there were two issues involved. Mr. Doyle felt that he needed to have another lawyer involved for the personal injury part. Mr. Doyle was able to obtain an attorney who has privileges in Texas. His choice was outstanding and totally in my interest. Mr.Doyle was there all the way for me and sometimes I felt he was doing for me for what he would do for his own mother. I do want to mention that Tana Doyle and Daniela were very helpful and never once complained about all my questions that I asked over and over many times. I explained my whole case only to be told at the end that I should call them back when I have a copy of the police report. She said it would take about a week for me to obtain the police report after I told her the incident happened yesterday. She asked again if I had it and I replied it happened yesterday. If she knows how long it will take to get the documents why didn't she state that before I wasted my time. She also asked if I had obtained medical bills and copies which again... It happened yesterday! Medical bills don't process for a week according to the unm hospital. I called another attorney and they scheduled a meeting after I gave the information and police case number like I tried to do with this place. But the person here was rude and not helpful at all.

I called Michael Doyle's office about a potential personal injury matter. Never was able to speak to the man - was deferred strictly to his unhelpful assistant, Tanya. She called me back and said they didn't want to take the case. I asked if there was a reason given? and she said no. She then told me to call the "State Bar." This referral made little sense to me. I asked if she could explain why she was telling me to call the State Bar? Is there a person or dept. I should ask for at the State Bar? or even a phone number? She gave me the phone number and again just told me to call them. I asked, do they have a referral Network or what is this number? And she wouldn't answer the question. She's like, just call them - they're "open to the public." I was like, what in the world does that mean to say that they're "open to the public?" The State Bar isn't some law firm that takes on clients, so are you saying this is a referral network, or why exactly are you suggesting I call them? And she just wouldn't answer the question and hung up. VERY poor customer service, and the staff is a reflection on the entire firm. If a lawyer is going decline a case, they should state a reason, and they should train their staff to answer basic questions from the public. I'm guessing he declines cases all the time for unexplained reasons and must be telling hundreds of people to call the State Bar aimlessly (and likely needlessly).
