Who needs a 1000 friends when you could have Michelle Cortez!! This whole team is awesome. Ivette, Letty, Sabrina. Through the struggle of child custody process. The headaches and lack of representation. My sons mother kept my son from me in efforts to discourage my relationship with him. I was referred to Michelle Cortez. Although I have a long road ahead of me. Michelle has gotten me physical custody of my son and continues to fight for my rights as a father. One false accusation after another false accusation. Drama and chaos that my sons mother and her attorney have put us through and continue to put us through. I am confident that when this ends the outcome will be in my sons best interest. A father and son reunited!! In a state where granting custody to a father is extremely difficult and nearly impossible. We were feeling defeated and hopeless. Michelle made the impossible possible. Proving my step son was being alienated and abused. She defended my fiancée after being falsely accused multiple times during the duration of the custody battle. Accusations that could have cost my fiancée his very freedom! She gave us much needed guidance and support during everything. Especially after mother’s retaliation every time a hearing didn’t go in her favor. It was a long road and when we worried about payment she was so sweet and understanding. Telling us not to give up and that she would help us work something out. Showing me her generosity and genuine concern for the child’s best interest.
