Eric Ortiz & Associates handled a unique case involving fraud and a home mortgage. The settlement was very good considering the circumstances. Eric stood up to the big mortgage company with three lawyers on the case and saw to it that my interests were represented. Eric was flexible and reasonable with fees, unlike the big law firms requiring exorbitant retainers to even discuss your case.

Mr. Ortiz handled my case with superior skill, knowledge and care, he is an utmost professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy with no worries. My experience using Eric Ortiz and Associates has been nothing but great. They are complete professionals and Eric kept his word. When we met he told me that he could keep me in my home for several years. Well promise kept. I normally don't recommend Attorneys, but I have absolutely no problem recommending the services of Eric Ortiz. I consider him a real gentleman. Anytime I called he or his staff were always there to help me. If you are thinking of an attorney call Eric. You will not be disappointed.

This guy is the reason attorney's have a bad name. If you would like to be lied to, taken advantage of and overcharged, he's your guy. I will be filling a complaint with the NM bar so it is my sincere hope that no one will ever have to experience this shyster again.
