I've worked with Kevin since 2019on a knee injury workers comp case. I was to the point where I just wanted to focus on healing and getting better than dealing with the paperwork end of things. He really took the weight off my shoulder and because of that he was worth the money I hired him for. I would like to recommend him as he is the friendlest, most attentive lawyer I've ever met. The experience was more than fantastic and the outcome of my case was wayyy more than expected. After being told I was lying about my pain and the surgeon confirmed my pain, I felt validated and Kevin never stopped supporting me emotionally. It was so much turmoil in my life but it was made better by the fact that Kevin helped take all the paperwork off my shoulders. I really did focus on healing and the only thing I regret is....that I didn't hire him sooner. So don't hesitate, call him to take your weight off. I was working as a Surgical Technician in a hospital in New Mexico and had a major work related injury in September 2019. I ended up being diagnosed as having Carpal Tunnel and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome by one of my employer’s doctors in January of 2020. I immediately jumped at the offer. At first, worker’s compensation did not want to pay for any of my treatment, but Kevin fought for me during the entire process. After over a year and a half since my injury, Kevin eventually helped me win a settlement against my employer and worker’s compensation. It was tough and they tried to stop all of our efforts at winning my case, but Kevin was diligent, extremely experienced and well-prepared to fight until the end alongside me. These insurance companies don’t really seem to care about individual people and they won’t have your best interest at heart.
