We had a long, hard process ahead of us but Hal and his office helped us accomplish our adoption. It was a step parent adoption so there was a lot involved. Especially because we don’t even live in NM anymore due to military. We live in NC but are residents of NM. So it was not an easy process being so far away. But Hal and his team got it all accomplished. And as of today we received our final decree and our family is complete!
