My husband had a brain injury back in 2016. Before the injury he was a healthy ambitious person & our sole provider. He owned & ran a restaurant and catering business called Joe's Back N The Day. In October 2016 he had a surgery that he & I will forever regret him having! He is now 100% disabled..bedridden & wheelchair bound. We lost everything.. the business, our travel trailer and truck was repossessed but more importantly I lost my healthy husband! I now am his caregiver and will be for the rest of our lives. My husband & I reached out to several attorneys to no avail. I personally had given up. A few months before the statue of limitations was about to run out my husband called the law office of James Wood Law. I'll never forget my husband handing me the phone & telling me to talk again with another lawyer about what happened to him. I was irritated and didn't want to have to relive the story again. It was always emotionally exhausting for me but I got up & dusted myself off and relived the part in our lives I wished never happened. I can't recall exactly who I spoke to but she was very attentive & said she would give the attorney all my information and someone may call me back. I got a call back from Arslan Umarov.
