Was not happy with the service, I had a question in regards of some legal manner but the lady on the phone spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, but trying to be nice. On another note there was a guy yelling in the background voicing his thoughts on my question. Not being discreet at all. This was highly recommended but unprofessionally handled.
