This Gentleman is one of the best criminal defence Lawyers in the state his record speaks for itself. I had a difficult situation where I was charged with crime I did not commit and my civil rights were violated, was found not guilty,case was dismissed due to his profound knowledge and application of the law and the preparation in proving the facts were prime examples of how a professional lawyer should present a case.his representation in the court room was invaluable and certainly made a difference. It was a coincidence that I went to middle school and high school with his cousin Alex shupert a good friend of mine who unfortunately passed away due to a police intervention so there was justice for Alex and thanks to people like mark things are changing,holding law enforcement accountable for their actions.I also knew his aunt Lee gemoets Alex's mom an editor for las cruces sun news and a very kind and sweet person and met his grandparents too so I can say mark comes from an exceptionally accomplished family respected in this community and although Alex and Lee have both passed on they are with us in spirit as our city continues to be enriched by this great family.Mark was present,active and gave me confidence and ease through the whole process explaining things in ways I could understand.I sincerely thank him and his awesome office staff for his excellent work exonerating me I highly recommended his services to anyone needing legal representation.

If you are reading the reviews to hire Mark Gemoets as your lawyer, don't think about it and hire him right now!!! It took some days to think about how to write a review of such a traumatic experience that my case was in my life for over a year but I have no words to express my gratitude for Mark as my lawyer. As an immigrant fighting for an injustice I had doubts about the lawyers in Las Cruces but I found him and believe it or not he speaks Spanish and he not only was my legal support during this time but was an emotional help in time when I believed there was not solution for the case. He did an amazing job and now I can say that I can keep going with my life. Thank you Mark!

I am very impressed with the work and services provided by Attorney Mark Gamoets, Beatrice his secretary and the response of his office staff. They would explained step by step and informed me of what I needed to do to take care of my case. I had some tickets that he worked on but would defiantly will recommend him for any case for family and friends. Great customer service.
