Mark, as well as his legal assistant Beatrice, were both very professional and very helpful in helping me clear up a 23 year old issue with Las Cruces Municipal Court. This lawyer represented my mother in court without getting full details of the incident, without putting into account my mother disability (told her to hide it), told her to not tell her side of the story and after my mother gave this man $1000 to defend her, he went on to encourage her to plead guilty and receive a felony charge on her record on something that was brought on by the other person. She is now living with this charge and her disability while also unemployed. This man is a money hungry, no good, coward of a lawyer who fails to represent his clients and should NOT receive your business. Look elsewhere.
