I received a speeding ticket for going 47 mph in a 35 mph and immediately tried to find a lawyer. After researching some places in the Las Cruces area, Mark Gemoets office had the best reviews so I called and was able to get him to represent me for my case. The fee was reasonable and he got my case dismissed no problems! Could not have asked for anything else. Sometimes his phone does get pretty busy so you may have to call a few times to reach his office but overall I definitely would recommend.

Had a hard time finding lawyer in my area Alamogordo. Nobody else wanted to even accept the case out of town. Good luck finding a lawyer willing to talk without a fee. We spent an hour or two talking before any fee was paid. Gives his direct cell instead of an office line that nobody answers. This was for a 2nd DUI with a felony. Case should have been dismissed at pre trial made a great argument but we had a tough judge. Was still able to get a deferred sentence after this case was looking really bad. Spent so many hours on the phone and texting made it seem like his only client when he has many. I would highly recommend no other lawyer would compare. He's fees are reasonable also could charge much more. Would use again just hope I never need to.
