After several bungled surgeries and hearing lies and excuses I had to find the truth regarding what went wrong. I spent over 5 months searching the web for a reputable law firm and found some that were very good. That was not enough because I wanted someone great which I found at Poulos & Coates. In just a little over 2 years we settled. I want to thank Victor, Greig, Tammy, Vanessa, and Jessyca for all your help. You were what I was looking for.

Very helpful advice

My experience with Poulos & Coates was better than I could've ever imagined. For the last two years, they've been incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout the whole stressful process, answering every question my family and I had about situations, and explained everything step by step to help us navigate what was going on in my case. Vic & Greig found every which way we . And if my family and I had any questions, the paralegal we were working with, Raquel, was easily reachable and answered our questions either near immediately, or the first thing the next available day. If I ever have to go through another case like this one, I'll definitely go to Poulos and Coates for their services. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys so much! :)

If I had to go through this again I would choose to have the law firm of Poulos & Coates, LLP represent. I thought Mr. Poulos and Mr. Coates were very professional and did a great job. I also enjoyed working with the Paralegals Tammy & Azalia. I would recommend Poulos & Coates for any medical malpractice case.

Everyone at this law firm has been nothing but professional, compassionate, and patient in getting our case settled and explaining things to me. When I've called or emailed, someone, usually Tammy, has gotten back to me very quickly. I can't say enough good about her also. Terrific firm. Knowledgeable, genuinely caring about the injured, aggressive and not at all afraid of fighting with the opposition or going to trial. Great attorneys and fantastic support staff.
