I hired Clayton Hightower for my divorce and I would not recommend using him. I was treated poorly by both Mr. Hightower and his assistants. I was never called back for anything throughout the process and constantly had to call them to get updates. Most of the time the phone was not answered and it would take days and days to hear anything. After mediation, they dropped me despite things not being completed that we had spoken about and even had in the settlement agreement. After months of waiting on them and not hearing anything, I contacted the office again and Mr. Hightower said he could complete what I needed. I did what I needed to on my end and called and emailed over and over again to check on the case and never received another call. They completely stopped responding and I had to go elsewhere for help. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing when I was already going through a difficult time in my life, not to mention the amount of money that had already been spent for their services.

Clayton and his staff are awesome! They helped me through an extremely tough case and got me the results we needed!

Mr. Hightower and his team actively help alleviate and respresent myself. Always very encouraging and positive throughout our journey together.

I went in to see Mr. John Hightower for a legal consultation. . He was dismissive and his advice was, "I should not have done what I did." He then said he could not represent me and wished me luck. I left and moved forward without an attorney to represent me. In the end my case resulted in me being cleared of any wrongdoing. I later received a phone call from the law firm asking if I wanted to move forward with my case. I was not going to leave a review until I received that call. Very unprofessional to say the things he did, and then reach back out to me to see if I wanted to move forward with my case after he left me out to dry. I believe he is connected to the Sanders Law firm but my consultation was in this NM legal building.

I’m so glad I found Sanders Law Firm. They took the stress away from a stressful situation and were with me every step of the way to a successful outcome. I can’t say enough good things about them and especially Lisa who was my main contact. She was so kind, on top of everything and caring. I highly recommend them.
