First off during the entire process they were not able to keep any assistants in office and therefore any questions that I had were never handled responsibly or in a timely matter. I was always feeling like it was a bother for them to help and not only that but it didn't seem like they even cared as I was constantly having to repeat myself and explain things that should've already been known which proves that they were not really paying much attention to any of the details at all. On top of that Mr. Hightower was actually never present in any of the meetings he would have his assistant meet with me everytime which wouldnt had been as bad if they werent constantly hiring new people but in all honesty just goes to show how much they are over scheduling and more focused on getting as many clients as possible instead of giving quality service. Overall I feel like I was just another number that was told abunch of high hope promises just to get another client. I feel like the office was way over scheduled with too many clients and therefore each individual was getting the bare minimum of service which in my opinion made it to where the clients were having to do most the work and the office was only there for a paycheck. Very unprofessional as well as my attorney was not even in proper dress code during one occasion and had to be told by the judge that it was a court room and he must be presented for such occasion which just shows how little the attorney even cared. I gave chance and chance again to this law firm in hopes that they would make it right but after speaking with tons of other locals I quickly found out that the reputation this law firm holds was a very negative one with lots of other people complaining that they had very similar and horrible experiences as well. If you want someone who actually cares about your case and values you as a human then this IS NOT the place you wanna go! Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also: I can definitely say that all the other reviews of people stating they were charged for paperwork or services and never received them is very accurate. I also payed for paperwork to be filed for my case and then when I asked for copies or proof was ignored and given abunch of excuses which I'm guessing were lies and then when I tried calling back and left messages and emails regarding the paperwork I was basically ignored like if I had never even payed for services. Please DO NOT fall for this companies empty promises im making this review in hopes of helping someone that might see this and not make the same mistakes I did by trusting this attorney and believing that they actually cared.

Clayton Hightower did a great job with my divorce and custody case within a couple of months I was divorced his staff is great they answer all your questions.

My questions and concerns were always answered promptly and they were always responding to my phone calls or e-mails same day. I explained what my goals were on our first meeting and they exceeded them. My case was won and Mr. John Hightower exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much!
