This is an ambulance chasing, amateur law firm for low income jobbers. Attorney Wang is one of the worst examples for an attorney I've ever met. Then there are the annoying advertisements with his ugly mug posted on billboards throughout Chaves county. You can find a better attorney that will meet your exceed your expectations, believe me. These jokers don't quality as professionals. Avoid...

Royce seems to be ok but his secretary can be difficult

I hired Trenchard and Hoskins after I was denied my back surgery, the day of pre-op, after being approved two weeks prior. It took almost two years to get my back worked on. Then another battle over the second surgery, which took an year and a half to be approved. Third surgery was simple no hassles. Then a couple more times over ridiculous issues that w/c had about some meds I was taking. That resulted in going to a mediation with a judge that sided with me. Mr Hoskins had to step in again because of their (w/c) tactics and I had my issues finally resolved. I would recommend Royce Hoskins to help you with the battles to come, when dealing with workers compensation insurance. He explained the laws and was understanding to my situation. He did his job!

I couldn't have made a better choice in hiring Royce for my Worker's Comp case. Did an outstanding job in both sides of it (lawsuit & comp). He has even continued to to make sure that my medical is taken of, long after the settlement was issued. Dogged & determined, he has made sure that, if I had to do it all over again, I'd still choose him. His knowledge of opposing counsels & how the judges typically will decide put him over the top.
