I hired Carter for an atypical eviction case. He was extremely effective, efficient, communicative and kind. He explained everything clearly and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I have hired really bad lawyers, good ones and great ones. Carter is a great one. I can't recommend him highly enough. I would hire him again in a second.
