She brought the case to a successful conclusion and I was very happy with the results. I strongly recommend her, her associates and her firm.

My family hired Kristina as their lawyer and she jerked them around for 18 months taking thousands of dollars from them. ABSOLUTELY nothing was accomplished. She suggested we hire more liaison for the kids to aide in her case. AND THEN NOTHTHING MORE was accomplished. Then we questioned her about her shadiness and she dropped he as clients with NO notice. She then said, in the call as she dropped us her recommend liaison (GAL) “Would not have a recommendation we would like”. Absolutely horrible representation would not recommend unless you want to deal with political small town shenanigans. She will lose your precious case.

They would not meet with me for a consultation.

I was referred to this firm and had to undergo a screening call prior to my $350 hour-long consultation to see if they could take my case. Halfway through the consult the attorney realized I had an upcoming hearing and she wouldn't be available to attend and therefore couldn't take my case. I was referred to another law firm and we halted the consult at half an hour. $179.00 just to be referred is ridiculous. You would think the "screening" call would have taken care of finding out if I had any scheduled hearings. The attorney sounded knowledgeable but this oversight was quite expensive and unnecessary.

I worked with Kristina Martinez and her team, in particular Heather Tanner, through very difficult family court proceedings. I found them to be perfectly professional, informative throughout the process, and very understanding of my situation. Thus far, they have been critical in reaching the best settlement possible for me and have offered financing without charging interest to cover their own fees, at every turn finding ways to save me money as opposed to padding their own bill. I know that lawyers often are given a bad reputation for being self serving and greedy, but I can attest from my experience to date that this team puts you on their team and will be there for you as they have been for me.
