Let me just say Thank You once again to Mrs. Coleman. I was "detained" for a drunk in public/D.U.I I was stopped and unjustly approached by a few police officers who wanted to just give me a hard time. They said that someone had reported that there was yelling in the parking lot. Mind you this is 2pm on a Sunday at a bowling alley/amusement park. I was 2 beers deep, Coors light to be exact. I was not the one yelling but that is besides the point. I know my rights and I know that I can not be detained or arrested on pure assumption. However these officers wanted to make an example of me for some reason. Not to mention completely embarrass me in front of friends and family. They wanted me to do all sorts of off the wall field sobriety tests. I recall receiving Mrs Colemans card from a friend who had actually gotten a DUI and she had got him released from the jail, but that is besides the fact. I had the officers call and speak to my Attorney Christie Coleman. A 15-20 minute phone call later and I was on my way. I am so thankful for what she said and protecting my rights as well as saving me from the embarrassing circus stunts these officers were having me perform. She not only is professional and trustworthy she is cunning and quick on her feet. Don't let the looks fool you she is a"Pitbull" in sheeps clothing.
