Although the individuals working for this firm are friendly, they are not good about taking responsibility for mistakes that are made on their part. They did assist in obtaining a permanent resident status for my mother-in-law but during the process, had a case worker that bullied for taking an extended period of time to obtain documents that were needed form another country. After the resident status was confirmed and the all of the documents were supposedly sent out, one important document was lost to which this firm did not want to take responsibility for and then proceeded to blame the carrier delivering the documents for tampering with the envelope and blaming us for loosing a document that came in a sealed and obviously untampered package. It was a shame to have invested time and spend a significant amount of money with this firm for them to take no accountability for their mistake. I would not recommend working with this firm unless you want bullying, stress, irresponsibility, and lost documents.
