My family is so grateful for the entire team at Haas & Zaltz; specifically Ari, Tova, and Barbara! From the very beginning, and all the way through, they were always patient, available, kind, and helpful as we navigated the best way forward with our estate planning. An example of this can be seen in our first meeting, (Ari may not like that I share this next bit of information). Originally, we paid for an hour consultation and Ari stayed with us for an additional 50 minutes until all our questions were addressed. I mention this because he, nor Tova nor Barbara, ever let us worry about 'going over time'; they simply ensured we had the best care and help we needed each time we met! In fact, Ari seemed to always be available as he responded to any request or question within a few hours and, at the most within one working day. I can’t share enough how at ease Ari always made us feel. It all began when we wanted to update our documents (wills, POA, living wills, trusts, etc.) since they were created several years ago with a different firm. In addition, we also needed advice regarding elderly care and estate planning since much had changed since we last created our documents. Ari walked us through all of the available options and we felt fully informed to make the best decision for our family.
