Lucas represented my spouse and I in the purchase of our home. I appreciated that from the beginning, he was clear about what to expect in terms of our contact with him. He was helpful and accommodating which I honestly did not expect. He always had our interest in mind. We felt we had an advocate at the ready; exactly what you want in an attorney. He explained things to us clearly, was concise and always kind to us. Consulted with us regarding timing and followed through with addressing our concerns. He made happen, exactly what we wanted to happen, exactly when we wanted it to happen, even when we changed our minds. His fee was fair and what he stated it would be up front, is what it was in the end. I felt we got a bargain for the service he provided. He or his assistant returned calls in a reasonable time frame. He's personable as well, which helped as we were a bit anxious at times. I highly recommend his services if you need an attorney. I'm glad I found him and I would use him again if I ever need attorney services in the future.

My wife and I have hired Lucas to help our family work through legal issues on a few occasions recently. Each time, Lucas Mihuta has represented us professionally with the highest level of legal expertise. Just recently, Lucas helped us receive payment from an out of state company when the company was refusing to pay. He also recently helped us finalize a Legal Will to provide security for our 3 children as my wife and I get closer to retirement. Lucas worked with my husband and I on the purchase and sale of our home (2 years apart), as well as our will and other estate planning details. Lucas is a gem of a lawyer. Both he and his assistant were just so easy to work with, thoroughly explaining details we were unclear on and staying accessible throughout each interaction. With our estate planning, specifically, he brought a number of important details to the table we'd not considered previously that made us even more confident we were working with the right person. We hired Lucas to handle the purchase of a restaurant and property in the capital region. This transaction included the creation of two LLCs, asset purchase agreements for both the restaurant and properties, the filing process for liquor permits and all of the negotiating that comes with a transaction of this magnitude. This was the first type of this transaction that I had ever been involved in and I was shocked by the number of transactions and paperwork that was required. Lucas was always ahead of the game regardless of the transaction. He was highly organized, professional and extremely proficient. He took the time, before the entire process began, to sit with us and get to know who we were and what our goals were. Once he had a feeling for that, we never looked back. Over the course of several months we met regularly, conversed via email and phone and executed the transaction flawlessly. It was truly a great experience. As a retired Police Officer I never imagined ever needing the help of a Criminal Defense Attorney. I was looking at a conviction that could ruin the rest of my life. I knew nothing about Lucas but after our telephone conversation I felt good about him. I almost made a huge mistake by letting a Public Defender represent me. Lucas could have easily plead out my case with the DA but instead fought for my innocence and was able to get all charges dropped and pay $0.00 in any court fees. The system will bury you if your not properly represented and Lucas did a great job.
