It is impossible to put into words the impact that Barrett and his team have had on my life. My brother contacted Barrett when I was in need of legal assistance. The fracture in my 28 year marriage was overwhelming and became quite tumultuous. Barrett and Joe provided support and guidance through a very difficult period of time while I relocated and regained my footing. My decision to ultimately file for divorce was made more difficult, due to my chronic illness and the lifelong care and supports that I will require. Barrett and Joe guided me through every step and addressed every single question and concern that I had. I cannot say enough about just how thorough and prepared my case was. Barrett stood up and fought for me during pretrial conference and obtained a settlement that more than secured my future. I am forever grateful.

My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barrett Mack, of Mack and associates for an initial consultation . As it turns out this was the best decision I could have made in this situation. Barret, and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sarah Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case. They worked tirelessly on the case, keeping in constant communication with my wife’s attorney. They also kept me constantly updated on the status of negotiating. Everyone in the office is pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly supportive. Together they made a very difficult experience bearable. They worked together seamlessly to get the best outcome for me and my children. On march 14, 2024 a final marital separation and settlement agreement was signed. I have 50/50 joint legal custody of my children and all other differences have been settled in a more than satisfactory way. Im convinced that if I had not retained the services of Barret Mack I would be in a very different situation. If it were possible to give six stars I would do so. I will be forever indebted to Barret Mack’s Law firm.

I have worked with Barrett over the course of the last three years on two separate custody cases. He was both knowledgeable and professional. On a personal level, I found Barrett to be friendly, approachable, kind, funny, and empathetic. His personality and friendly, upbeat attitude were especially welcome before court appearances when I was feeling nervous. I'm not sure how someone with such confidence, knowledge, power, and command can be so chill, down-to-earth, and kind. Barrett manages to spell out a realistic view of your case without offering false hope or unrealistic expectations. He is patient and strives to understand you and your goals. I felt he truly cared about the outcome of my case, and I never felt like just another client or that Barrett was only in this for the money. He wanted things to work out for me. He made sure his role in my divorce was a positive one. Everything he advised had a strategy and plan behind it, which was explained if I ever had questions. I was never left wondering what was going to happen, what something meant, or even wondering about Barrett's own impression of my case. I was in the loop all the time and in real-time. Barrett was supportive and encouraging. I think most people need support from a multitude of people to make it through a divorce feeling human. Barrett was instrumental in that support for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how accessible Barrett makes himself to his clients. I *never* went more than a few hours without a response. Most times, Barrett would respond to me within minutes of texting, emailing, or calling. Barrett made himself available literally anytime I needed anything. Literally anytime. He always takes his time with you to answer all your questions fully. I am so incredibly grateful and lucky to have found this firm. I'm certain things would have been very different if I had hired some other attorney. Barrett's expertise, reputation, knowledge, and understanding of the law are invaluable. Access to a team like the one at Mack & Associates is invaluable. It's worth it to have such representation and support. Clients should feel proud to have them as representation; opposing parties should not underestimate them. Not sure I have the vocabulary to express my gratitude to Barrett and his entire team. I walked into his office at rock bottom. I write this review today, less than 3 months later, a new man. A better man. Divorce sucks, especially with young kids. I won’t get into the details of my particular situation, but it was a toxic one. I had to fight false allegations in a system that doesn’t favor fathers and I was months/years behind in what was supposed to be an “amicable” split. Barrett and his team do not back down. They are professional, tough and supported me when I needed to be supported. They moved mountains for me. My boys’ mother gave me 3 days to get out of “her” house before I even had an attorney. 2 months later (to the day) Team Mack had a signed separation agreement completed and she was out of MY house. I am eternally grateful to Barrett, Amanda, Sara, Jean & Becky and wholeheartedly recommend Team Mack to anyone going through divorce. After my experience, there’s no one else I would use.

Attorney Barrett and his team were exceptional. I needed to switch attorneys as our trial was getting set to begin and he was recommended to me. I was very nervous about the switch however they exceeded all of my expectations. They were attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. Our custody case was complicated and on the heels of my sisters death. It was handled with professionalism and he came up to speed very quickly. They came to know to my family well and that level of knowledge was critical in my case. I would recommend him to anyone but especially if your custody case is complicated or not a typical case.

It’s hard to give a top score when you’ve lost a case, so this tells you how good this guy is. His office is a well-oiled, efficient machine. He’s a hands-on, dedicated, knowledgeable strategist, & compassionate person whose exterior is a tough-as-nails, fearless legal pro.

Barrett had a strategy plan for my divorce during the initial consultation. Even though I held back on executing some of it, he never made me feel guilty for it. Eventually I was ready and I am very happy with the results! The whole process could have gone quicker BUT it was the OC holding everything up, not my legal team.
