I would recommend LaMarche and Safranko to anyone in need of legal help. I don't know the full scope of their practice but Nick was absolutely amazing and helped me get through an unfortunate circumstance and was able to achieve an outcome I didn't think was possible. No one wants to be pulled over and receive a fist full of tickets but it happens. Thankfully a friend recommended this firm to me for legal guidance. Throughout the entire process, which was extended to do Covid, Nick and the team at LaMarche and Safranko kept me upto date on the details of my case and let me know what I needed to do to, which wasn't much at all. They made the entire process much easier than I expected it to be and took a huge burden of my shoulders without costing an arm and a leg. I hope I'm never in a position to need their services again but I know if I do I'll be taken care of! Thank you again to Nick and whole team!

Andrew Safranko and Nick SAVED my life Im currently in recovery from mental health and substance abuse Im also on probation in Albany County and checked myself into residential treatment facility ( Steps to Recovery located in Levittown PA) back in March 2022. Probation only allowed me to stay out of state for a certain period of time and told me i had to come back to Albany County. I was already comfortable in treatment and got my life back mentally and spiritually and was not ready to come back to the area due to triggers and being early in recovery. I originally had a public defender and she said there was nothing she could do and that i had to come home Due to the help of the program i got my life back and was able to afford a private attorney and Andrew and Nick went to war for me and was able to get me approved to stay in treatment and complete They dont treat you like a number like the public defenders office does. The staff and other paralegals in the Safranko Lamarche office are organized and friendly and professional This office is legit and i highly recommend Andy and Nick to anyone regarding criminal matters.
