I needed, and my case required an experienced Attorney who had augured at the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) hearing. In Court experience, is very important. I’ll never forget what the Judge said to me as he slid the case file over to the left side of his desk at the end of our three-day hearing, “Mr. Myers, Mr. Fallon is worth every dime you paid him”. Although he didn’t tell us at the time if we had won or not. In short, it took 4 months to get the initial decision, which reversed my removal. After almost 3 years, I was reinstated. I received 3 years back pay, interest, refunded all my attorney’s fees, and was promoted. My family will always be indebted to Dave for saving my job and family from having to start over.
