they did an excellent job with my disability case. just one complaint wish we had more contact.

All these generic 5 Star reviews are not honest reviews and should be disregarded. Martin, Harding & Mazzotti pays large cash rewards to the employees that get the most family and friends to leave 5 Star reviews. You have to give them props though because it’s a great way to artificially raise your google rating and bury any negative reviews. Is it honest? No. It is not.

I’m being optimistic and rating this company before they begin helping me with my case. I came on here because I was curious with what others are having to say about them and i was pretty disappointed, not with what the 1 stars were saying but because we only know one end of the story and too many people take advantage of these reviews when their plan doesn’t go right, they have to let the whole world know and try bring down the company doing so! The majority of the complainers who mentioned their case and that it was dropped. I am no attorney (or affiliated in any way) but usually the reason a lawyer drops you is because the client has most likely lied or too demanding or didn’t fallow attorneys advise.. it could be many things! Bottom line is the client misrepresented themselves and to avoid being made a fool, they drop it. It wasted their time just as much as they claimed of losing! I found an article that sums it up better than me... “Many times an attorney will allow the opposing party to believe that the withdrawal is based on issues surrounding payment when in fact that is not the true reason. This can be done for the client’s own protection. Lawyers can withdraw based on the fact their client refuses to be truthful, refuses to follow the attorney’s advice, demands to pursue an unethical course of action, demands unrealistic results, desires to mislead the Court, refuses to cooperate with their counsel as well as countless other reasons.” I hope I’m right and if I am, I hope this will be helpful to other potential clients too! I will give my final rating after I receive their services. But I’m hoping the negative reviews are just a handful of babies who lied about their case to begin with! Wish me luck!!

They are terrible attorneys. They dont care about their clients. Only their clients money, do they care about

Hired them and after almost 2 yrs later waiting with no results, i found out by me calling that my case was dropped.

Totally Awesome! Hard working people , great environment!
