If a business has the ability to give back to the community then I believe they also have the responsibility to giving back to the community. No business does more to give back to the community than Maritn, Harding & Mazzotti. The one thing that most people know about is the free cab rides during holidays, which is incredibly generous and responsible, but they also support over 200 local businesses and organizations. Their support of local youth organizations is tremendous and I can personally say, much appreciated. It's not just the firm that supports the community, the individual employees do as well. One employee in particular is a Paralegal at the firm, Jenna McPhail. Jenna has been involved with the Schenectady County Community College's Paralegal program for years. Every year she volunteers to come to the college and speak to paralegal students about the paralegal profession. She offers support, encouragement and career advice to the students and she also works with the professors to help grow the program. She is passionate about her profession and it shows.
