When talking to the managing partner, I felt absolutely safeguarded and like I was going to receive the absolute best service which matches what the website and public client reviews claim. However, the first 24 hours of my service was highlighted by the blunder of the customer service team not emailing my primary email but my alternate email after I asked them to email both addresses. Other than that mistake, I have received respectful, responsive, and competent service, but as always, it's the negatives that stand out rather than the positives. I do feel that we are going to experience imminent success together in our relationship and I have no intention to use any other provider for legal services in the future.
