Alex Dell law firm is the absolute best! I hired them for NY State disability Retirement and Social Security Disability and I’m here to tell you that this law firm will do everything they can to fight for you. They are organized and truly care about you. I have gotten calls and emails from them on weekends and past the normal working hours. With their help I won both cases! Bad experience I am an injured worker and the attorneys in this law firm are not serious about helping so don't hire anyone I'm also changing my attorney.

October 2022 contacted Mr Dell to inquire about the WCB files not containing any medical treatment documentation during the time he was representing me and if he was aware that NYSWCB ALJ had manufactured an Appellate Division decision from 7/2/09. Mr Dell withdrew as my attorney on12/19/2012. On 11/3/2022 Mr Dell contacted me and asked if I would allow him access to my WCB files and stated that he would not be representing me. Mr Dell’s office forwarded me a OC-110A form allowing access to the WCB files which I signed and return to his office! On 11/16/2022 the OC-110A was entered into the WCB files and Mr Dell had attached a letter stating the his firm was representing me and requesting documents that were not included in the OC-110A which he had attached to the OC-110A and was not labeled in the WCB file. I contacted his office and spoke with paralegal Dominic Ciprioni and ask how that letter was attached to the OC-110A and he said that they mailed a copy to me at a address that hadn’t been used for 12 years and stated that was the address on file which is a lie. Mr Dell filed the change of address on 5/5/2011. I requested that the letter attached to the OC-110A be removed from the case file! Dominic Ciprioni sent an email to the NYSWCB stating that I requested the OC-110A be removed from the NYSWCB file which is another misrepresentation/LIE the OC-110A is a legal document but the attached letter is a unauthorized and injurious to the case! 3/29/23 I spoke with Alex Dell and he said he would have the document removed and he just added another unauthorized document to the NYSWCB files! If you’re considering hiring The Law Firm of Alex Dell to represent you make sure you have access to the WCB board files and check every document that is entered on your behalf!

Not the personal attention I was hoping for. If you aren't looking for guidance along the way, these are your guys.

These guys were wonderful they work with me when I was sick I couldn't stand up cuz my medication was driving me crazy they calmed me down and talked me through the whole process they were able to get me a settlement I really didn't think I was going to get one and I got my settlement before Christmas I'm absolutely please with everything these guys do I highly recommend them to everybody
