Excellent lawyer

I hired Alex Dell to represent me in my workmans compensation case and after year is battling he told me that although my employer's doctor's and my doctors came to the conclusion that I was 80% disabled that it did not matter how much I made working that I was only entitled for up to $400 a week. That was untrue legally. I was entitled to 80% of my pay monthly for 10 years instead of the $ 367 every two weeks I settled for under misrepresentation. I was bringing home about $4000 a month after taxes, Insurance, union dues and everything else was taken out of my bi weekly checks. This was a gross injustice because of his deception I lost everything I worked for. My home, vehicle, and credit because I could not make the payments. He re victimised me after I was already a victim when I was injured at work. I would not recommend him to anyone because he a deceptive liar to settle cases to get paid at the clients expense.
