I hired Tully Rinckey to prepare a QDRO. In over two years and all the money I paid them, the only thing they accomplished was emailing me an incomplete set of investment statements from my ex wife, some of which were missing pages. Very unprofessional and unproductive. All their self promoting advertisements are lies. I am reporting her and other lawyers there to the NYS Bar Association.

When I met Barb I had no idea where to go or which direction to start in. The best word to describe Barb is REASSURING! My ex tried to bully me around and Barb reassured me it was going to be ok. I am so grateful for her knowledge of the law and understanding of my needs when I couldn't think straight. Barb kept me focus and helped me through it all. Barbara J. King is an extraordinary and talented attorney. She handled my divorce a year ago, and I was very pleased with the settlement. I was in the midst of an incredibly contentious divorce when I learned of Barbra King. Prior to retaining Barbara, my case had been handled haphazardly. I unfortunately, found myself in the middle of you messy divorce after 34 years of marriage . And my husband fought me at every turn . Barbara was very understanding ,confident and reassuring for me , making sure things got done as they should be ,and on time.even with him using every stall tactic possible.i now live out of state so barbara saw to it that I didn't have to go to court to face him . I hired her when my ex-husband brought an action to reduce child support and get out of paying college tuition. She did not return emails or phone calls from me about my case and when I would meet her at court for a hearing in the case she would act exasperated and roll her eyes. She was judgmental and I often left meetings with her and cried in my car. My ex-husband was granted the reduction by the magistrate despite the fact that he did not meet the criteria for one. I hired a different attorney to appeal and won, but this cost me thousands of dollars.
