One of the first steps of a divorce is mediation. Jo Ann set up a mediation meeting to try and hammer out the points of the separation my spouse and I were not in agreement on. Jo Ann was a very direct and helpful mediator. It was amazing how well it worked.

We tried having children and couldn’t. Our next step was adoption. We went to see Jo Ann about the adoption procedure. She made it easy for us to understand upfront. When it came time to adopt, she walked us through every step of adopting our son.
