My first meeting with Sam was not what I had expected in this world of zero compassion or empathy. I was greeted promptly by their professional and knowledgeable staff person {hi Kirsten) and I was in the free consultation meeting with Sam exactly on my appointment time. During the meeting we discussed specific information pertaining to my situation and at the end I was educated and left completely without any questions unanswered what so ever.
